Our herd is made up primarily of Angus cattle, along with a few select Herefords, Simmental, and SimAngus crosses, chosen for their strong genetics, performance, and exceptional meat quality.
We believe great beef starts long before it reaches your table. Our cattle are raised on irrigated pastures using rotational grazing practices and are fed our own ranch-grown hay. This approach promotes healthy soil, nutrient-rich forage, and low-stress animals—resulting in superior flavor and quality you can taste.
Our cattle are grass-fed and grass-finished, with an additional locally sourced, non-GMO grain finish to enhance marbling and create a rich, consistent flavor. They are raised without added hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides—just honest, responsible ranching you can trust.
